The cleanliness of the room, and the friendliness of the proprietors - and the excellent breakfast.

Only that we did not have a bath in our en suite (as we could have done with a long soak after all the walking we'd done) - but this isn't a criticism, just a preference

The owners were friendly and helpful, with their own car park. Great location, good WiFi, spotless bathroom, and comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious and quickly served. A hidden gem worth returning to....

The owners of the hotel are two of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. Thank you so much for a great weekend. The room was very comfy clean and tidy.

The shower was slow and sometimes difficult to get a shower at night.

    Enjoyed double superior rooms.

Excellent service was provided. Besides, the parking was on-site. The hotel had a fab location right at Grosvenor Casino Blackpool. Besides, it was so close to all the local attractions and the promenade near the South Pier.

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a fantastic time! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and we were impressed with the spacious and clean family room. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and beer in the fridge, and the box of chocolates on the beds. The hotel's location, just a few minutes' walk from the pier and the beach, was perfect for us.

The car park was quite small, and it was difficult to manoeuvre the car due to the other cars being parked behind each other. Additionally, the breakfast was a bit basic and could have had more options.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Blackpool and had the most amazing experience. The owners went above and beyond to make my stay special. On my daughter's birthday, they surprised her with breakfast in bed, complete with a candle and a birthday song. It really made her day! The guesthouse itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini fridge in my room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the pleasure beach and pier. The price was also very reasonable compared to other options in the area. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Blackpool.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the South Pier in Blackpool and I must say it was a true gem. The location was perfect, just off the promenade and a short walk to the pleasure beach. The room was spotless with lovely clean white sheets on very comfortable beds. The attention to detail was impressive, with chocolates, a bottle of wine, and milk provided in the fridge. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a fantastic choice of options. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the iconic Blackpool pier and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was just a stone's throw away from the seafront and South pier, which was exactly what we wanted. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable and clean, with lovely crisp white sheets on the very comfortable beds. The attention to detail was impressive, with nice extras like bottled water, fresh milk, and even fluffy dressing gowns provided. The breakfast was top-notch, with freshly made and perfectly cooked dishes included. It was a great value for money stay and I will definitely be recommending it to family and friends.

Couldn't find any fault with this hotel, everything was perfect!

The room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was good quality. It was also conveniently located near the tram station and a short walk away from the pier and amusement park.

The staff were not welcoming or helpful, and the room was very small. We also experienced issues with the Wifi connection, making it difficult to plan our day trips around the city.
